The dynamic duo of Staffmatch's HR department, Laura De Castro and Margaux Saussois, have the primary mission of contributing to the Group's growth by recruiting the collaborators of tomorrow and supporting them throughout their journey within the Group.
Margaux and Laura have different backgrounds, making them complementary in how they approach various subjects.
Laura, initially focused on public relations and marketing, has worked in various environments, notably in Luxembourg, Germany, and Belgium. Margaux, on her side, broadened her scope after her degree in social sciences, moving from managing temporary workers to leading projects and training teams in the automotive sector.

Within a dynamic ecosystem with numerous open positions, Laura and Margaux actively participated in the recruitment of over 100 employees in 2023. To achieve this, certain qualities and skills are essential.
