Our vision

In 2015, Brice & Vincent made the following observation: the world of temporary employment is aging and no longer meets the needs of clients and temporary workers. This is when Staffmatch was born, based on a solution revolutionizing the temporary labor market.

Thanks to the development of cutting-edge digital tools serving people, Staffmatch became a pioneer of the phygital model.

With 36 agencies in France, more than 330 permanent employees and a turnover of 180 million euros, we have become a reference in the world of temporary employment.

This index allows companies to evaluate the level of equality between women and men on 100 points based on the followings criteria: gender pay gap, difference in individual salary increases, number of employees receiving increases following their maternity leave, parity among the then highest paid. Alan, the best mutual insurance on the market

We have selected Alan mutual insurance for all our employees. Alan offers the most responsive digital service on the market, with reimbursement of your expenses in less than an hour on average. At Staffmatch, we cover 50% of the costs of the mutual insurance and cover is offered for your child(ren).

The restaurant coupon card

We provide all the necessary equipment so that you can eat comfortably in our offices throughout France.
In addition, we offer a SWILE restaurant ticket card credited with 9 euros per worked day and covered at 50% by Staffmatch, usable in restaurants, supermarkets, caterers, bakeries, and even online!

We cover 50% of your annual or monthly transport ticket subscription.
If you are in regions, are coming with your vehicle and need a parking space nearby, we also contribute to your subscription. Finally, because we promote eco-mobility, we have set up the Sustainable Mobility Package (FMD) to encourage you to travel more responsibly.

Promote Staffmatch

Because our employees are our best ambassadors, we have implemented a co-optation bonus.
The principle is simple: you recommend someone from your network for a position at Staffmatch. If the latter is recruited, you will receive a 500 euros bonus on the month of the confirmation of the trial period of the co-opted person!

The Company Savings Plan (PEE)

From your 3 months of seniority at Staffmatch, you have the possibility of opening a Company Savings Plan. We match 50% of the amount you will invest (capped at 500 invested euros). You have the option to choose from 5 investment funds, each with different risk and return rates.

Our Staffmatch engagements

We empower all of our employees trough participatory management, by promoting dynamic management of their careers and by encouraging them to take part to solidarity events.

For several years, we have been actively actively involved in the “Course des Héros”, an event during which funds are collected for the benefit of involved associations.

Our HR teams regularly meet candidates during various recruitment forums. We also offer numerous work-study opportunities, more than 95% of which are hired within our Group on permanent contracts at the end of their apprenticeship!
