Transparency and trust: Staffmatch affirms its commitment by signing two new CSR charters.

Two Charters, Two Commitments

At the beginning of 2024, Staffmatch officially formalized its adherence to two CSR charters: the Responsible Supplier Relations and Purchasing Charter (RFAR) and the Diversity Charter. These commitments reinforce Staffmatch's position as a responsible company focused on sustainable development.

The Responsible Supplier Relations and Purchasing Charter (RFAR)

The RFAR, supported by the Business Mediator and the National Purchasing Council since 2009, now has over 2200 signatories. Staffmatch, joining this initiative in January 2024, is making concrete commitments to improve its supplier relations.
The 10 key points of our commitment include:
✅ Respect for payment deadlines ✅ Promotion of respectful and collaborative relationships ✅ Management of reciprocal dependencies ✅ Involvement in the supplier network ✅ Assessment of life cycle costs and impacts ✅ Integration of sustainable development issues ✅ Territorial responsibility ✅ Guarantee of professionalism and ethics in the purchasing function ✅ Steering via action plans and dedicated indicators ✅ Establishment of a "supplier relations" mediator function.

The Diversity Charter

The Diversity Charter, launched in 2004 and bringing together over 4000 signatories, aims to promote diversity within companies. Staffmatch, a signatory since January 2024, is committed to raising awareness and training its leaders, managers, and employees on the issues of non-discrimination and diversity. The company also promotes the principle of non-discrimination at all stages of human resources management, encourages the representation of diversity in its workforce, communicates on its commitment, integrates the diversity policy into social dialogue, and regularly evaluates the progress made.

CSR at the Heart of Our 2024 Objectives

With these new memberships, Staffmatch is resolutely committed to transparency, social responsibility, and diversity.
