Our 2025 professional equality index
At Staffmatch, we are committed to ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment. Each year, we measure our progress in terms of professional equality through the Gender Equality Index, an indicator implemented by the government to assess parity within companies.
In 2025, we are proud to display a score of 91/100, an improvement compared to the previous year. This result illustrates our continued commitment to promoting equal pay and professional opportunities for everyone.

A Key Indicator for Measuring Equality Within Companies

The Professional Equality Index is a mandatory measurement tool for companies with more than 50 employees. It is based on several criteria:
  • The gender pay gap: this indicator assesses whether women and men receive equal pay for equal positions and skills.
  • The gap in annual salary increases: it measures whether women benefit from the same opportunities for salary increases as their male colleagues.
  • The percentage of female employees who received a raise upon returning from maternity leave: a key indicator to ensure the absence of discrimination related to parenthood.
  • Parity among the 10 highest earners: this element reflects the presence of women in the highest-paid positions within the company.
With a score of 91/100, we have consolidated our efforts to improve each of these points and promote real equality between our male and female employees.

We remain determined to continue this momentum to offer all our employees a work environment where talent and merit are the only criteria for advancement.
We thank all our teams for their contribution to this progress and we will continue to work together for professional equality.
