Happy @at Work, the Digital Employee Satisfaction Label

The Happy At Work employer label from Choose my Company is a recognition of the quality of life at work and an evaluation of a company's social performance, as perceived by its employees.
The label is participatory, meaning that to obtain it, employees must give their opinion on their company completely anonymously. By integrating the company's employees, the label ensures an honest and authentic certification, faithful to reality.
The questions asked to employees revolve around 6 subjects:

The EngagementScore®: Measuring Employee Engagement

The ranking of this label is based on the companies' EngagementScore®. The ChooseMyCompany EngagementScore® relies on four performance criteria, each contributing to the attribution of a final score out of 100 points.
✅ Overall Satisfaction: This first criterion evaluates the percentage of positive responses provided by employees across the entire EngagementIndex® model. It is a powerful indicator of overall satisfaction within the company.
✅ Positivity of Verbatims: It is equally crucial to analyze the percentage of positive responses in employees' open comments. Staffmatch encourages open and constructive communication, thus creating an environment for exchange and evolution. However, it is essential to note that the presence of Illegal Social Risks such as harassment, assault, racism, or discrimination can degrade this rate. Staffmatch is firmly committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive work environment, where such practices are intolerable.
✅ Participation Rate: The third criterion evaluates the percentage of company employees who participated in the survey. A high participation rate demonstrates strong engagement from employees!
✅ Recommendation Rate: The last criterion measures the percentage of positive responses to the question "I recommend my company..." This reflects employees' willingness to share their positive experience and recommend their company to others. At Staffmatch, we consider this one of the greatest compliments our employees can give us.
