The Birth of Our Model
Our company was born in 2015, from the desire to revolutionize a market that was until then fully offline. Since our launch, we have always been intimately convinced that digital technology had a major role to play in the recruitment sector, which was previously offline.
We are the first temporary work agency in France to allow companies to place temporary work orders directly online. And to date, we are the only temporary work company to offer personnel requests within the hour, anywhere in France. Our digital platform also allows our clients and temporary workers to manage timesheets and employment contracts, which can be signed electronically.
It is by developing cutting-edge tools for our temporary workers, our clients, and our teams that we have become a reference in the world of digitalized temporary work. But, despite our deep technological roots, we quickly understood that no machine could replace a human recruiter, because yes, the Human element is at the heart of our profession, and understanding the expectations of each stakeholder is essential to move forward together.
Do Not Confuse Digitalization and Dehumanization
From 2016, the development of our Group accelerated, and we fully realized that we could not hope to pursue it without a strong territorial presence. Temporary work, and more generally employment, is above all a field where the Human element prevails and where contact remains absolutely necessary.
That is why, within Staffmatch, we wanted to maintain the structure of a traditional organization. We already have 27 locations throughout the country, and we are planning about fifty openings in the largest French cities by 2023.
These physical locations are very useful for us to create and maintain a close relationship with our clients and our temporary workers. Listening to their needs and supporting them throughout their journey is our main mission.
Through this proximity, we also want to help our temporary workers. By December, we will be offering a loyalty program as well as a works council with an online store. The well-being of temporary workers is extremely important to us.
This phygital model precisely allows us to maintain this human contact, which is essential, by relying on the strengths of digital technology. This allows us greater fluidity and speed, both for temporary workers and for companies looking for manpower. Thus, thanks to the phygital approach, we have acquired greater daily efficiency, greater proximity, and optimal support for our temporary workers and our clients.
We work with many sectors of activity such as transport, logistics, industry, food, hospitality, cleaning, etc.
Towards a Complete Temporary Work Offer
Based on this sustainable model, the Staffmatch group wishes to develop new cutting-edge tools to be even more in line with the expectations of our temporary workers and our clients.
By June 2023, a brand-new mobile application for our clients will be available. Enhanced with exclusive new features, it will allow any field operational manager to manage their temporary staff from their smartphone. For our client users in charge of human resources, a new statistics page will also be available soon.
We are also improving our mobile application for temporary workers to give them better visibility on their assignments, their salary, and soon, we will allow the sending of instant advances.
In conclusion, we believe in our model, and we want to accelerate our development throughout the French territory in the coming years while providing constant improvements to our services for temporary workers and companies.
The phygital model, which combines technology and the human element, is for us the future of this sector. 🚀
