A Context of High Inflation
As reported by an Elabe poll for BFMTV, 85% of households say they have to "tighten their belts" as the inflation crisis rages and generates price increases in many sectors. According to this study, nearly three out of four French people (73%) believe that their purchasing power has significantly decreased.
Concerned with being ever closer to our temporary workers and their well-being, we conducted a survey of a sample of temporary workers, and the response was clear: 94% of our temporary workers want a loyalty program that boosts their purchasing power.

How Does it Work?
Our loyalty program is based on the number of hours a temporary worker works with us. The more this person works, the more statuses they move through. These statuses trigger acquisition bonuses and tier bonuses.
But in practice, how does it work?
Alain registers with Staffmatch and completes his first assignment on 04/12/2022. This is the start date of his first year of loyalty. During the acquisition period from 04/01/2022 to 03/31/2023, he worked a total of 950 hours and acquired Silver loyalty status.
From 04/01/2023, a new year of loyalty begins for Alain. His loyalty hours counter resets to 0, but he retains all the benefits of his Silver status. He can keep it by working 800 hours or upgrade it by working 1,200 hours to reach Gold status.
Strong Advantages
But what are the advantages of working with Staffmatch and reaching hour milestones?
The first status obtained is Bronze, achieved by completing 400 hours of temporary work with Staffmatch, and offers the following advantages: a €20 bonus to spend in the online store, the possibility of earning €20 per referred friend, and access to our online store with many advantageous offers.
From 800 hours of temporary work, the status becomes Silver, and an initial bonus of €50 is paid to spend in our online store. Friend referrals increase to €30 per referred person, and you have the possibility of opening a CET (Time Savings Account) with a remunerative rate of 8%.
From 1200 hours of assignments, you move to Gold status, and that's where things get serious, with a €100 bonus upon achievement and tier bonuses of €75 every 400 hours of assignments (as a reminder, the status is retained for the year following the acquisition period). Also, referrals are €40 per referred person.
And finally, the last status: Platinum, reached after 1600 hours of assignments over a 12-month period. Upon achieving this status, a bonus of €250 is paid into your account, and tier bonuses of €100 are paid every 400 hours of assignments. By being Platinum, you become an ambassador, and friend referrals are €50 per referred person.
In addition, by maintaining Platinum status for 3 consecutive years, you become Platinum for life!
