Can I work in the medical field as a temp without hospital experience?

Yes, some positions are open without direct hospital experience—especially in EHPADs, medico-social centers, or home care. However, regulated roles such as nurse (IDE) or nursing assistant require a State diploma (DEAS, DEI, etc.). Yes. The medical field often involves rotating shifts (3×8), night shifts, weekends, or public holidays. Staffmatch frequently offers assignments with flexible hours, including night duties or critical time slot reinforcements. When registering, you can indicate your availability, and our recruitment team will match you with compatible missions.

How does Staffmatch ensure the assignments match my qualifications?

Before offering any mission, our team verifies your degree (DEI, DEAS, DEAP, etc.) and your RPPS or ADELI registration number. Each client facility specifies its eligibility criteria, ensuring you’re always placed in roles aligned with your certifications. This systematic check guarantees regulatory compliance and protects your professional safety.

Which documents are required to apply for a medical temp assignment?

To join our medical pool, you’ll need to provide an ID, your diploma, your RPPS or ADELI number, proof of up-to-date vaccinations (especially hepatitis B), your health insurance card, bank details (RIB), and proof of address. Depending on the job, additional training (AFGSU, emergency procedures, medical equipment handling) may be required. Our team supports you throughout the application process.
