Missions: Production operator

The production operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery. Skills and training

A CAP/BEP in a technical field such as mechanics, electrotechnics, or industrial maintenance is advised. Specific training on the machinery used by the company may be required. Knowledge of the basic principles of production and quality, as well as safety standards, is indispensable.
Production operators can progress to positions such as maintenance technician, team leader, or production supervisor. Continuous training, like a BTS in industrial maintenance or production management, can facilitate this career progression
